Busy Professionals
Desk strain, stress, and poor sleep. Therapeutic sauna, massage, and red light sessions fit between meetings—private suites, no crowds, real recovery.
Meet the team behind Green Lake's therapeutic wellness studio—and why we built it.
Our work centers on three non-invasive therapies under one roof: full-spectrum infrared heat for circulation and detoxification, hands-on clinical massage for tension and mobility, and full-body red light photobiomodulation for inflammation and recovery. Sessions stay private and evidence-informed—built for real results whether you're training hard, recovering from injury, or managing a demanding week.
Sauna Hut opened in Green Lake with one core belief: therapeutic wellness should feel intimate, not institutional. Private suites only—no crowded locker rooms, no rushed appointments—just the calm of one of Seattle's most beautiful neighborhoods. We built it as a self-serve spa with no front desk staff: your personal sanctuary for relaxation and wellness. Your suite is yours alone.
HSA/FSA Eligible
Sauna Hut is a therapeutic wellness studio for adults in greater Seattle who want non-invasive support for recovery, pain relief, and overall well-being—not a generic spa visit.
Desk strain, stress, and poor sleep. Therapeutic sauna, massage, and red light sessions fit between meetings—private suites, no crowds, real recovery.
Runners, cyclists, pickleball players, and gym regulars around Green Lake. Muscle recovery, inflammation support, and return-to-play optimization after training or minor injury.
Guests managing exercise soreness, chronic tension, joint discomfort, or injury recovery alongside their care team. Non-invasive therapies that complement physical therapy and active lifestyles.
People investing in circulation, detoxification, stress reduction, sleep, and long-term wellness—choosing evidence-informed therapies over spa-style pampering alone.
Our services are dual-purpose: they support general health and personal wellness, and may also serve a legitimate medical purpose when used to treat or manage a diagnosed condition. That dual-purpose design is why infrared sauna, clinical massage, and red light therapy are HSA/FSA eligible under many plans.

With over 16 years of experience, Elizabeth specializes in luxurious Swedish relaxation massage designed to help you truly melt. She focuses exclusively on deep, full-body luxury relaxation—not sports injury or rehabilitation work—systematically releasing tension and restoring calm. Elizabeth believes true nervous system relaxation only happens when you feel completely safe; she holds that space so muscles and mind can surrender. Clients especially value her technique of holding key spinal points while face-up, letting gravity do the deep work for profound release. From premier Seattle-area spas, she brings structural sensitivity and thoughtful presence to every session.
