Monthly memberships bill on the 1st of each month and renew automatically until you cancel. Sauna, couples and red light memberships run on calendar months: if you join mid-month, your first charge covers only the days left in that month (including the day you join), then the full price is charged on the 1st. If you join in the last 2 days of a month, your first charge covers those days plus all of the next month in one payment, and your next charge is on the 1st after that (for example, join Oct 30 and you pay for Oct 30–31 plus November, then next on Dec 1). Massage memberships charge the full price when you join and include 1 massage credit you can use right away; after that you're billed on the 1st of each month with a new credit. Each massage credit is good for 2 months from when it's issued. This is the same if you join a massage membership in the last days of a month: for example, join Oct 30 and you pay the full price that day for a credit good for 2 months, then the full price again on Nov 1 with a new credit. The first full month is required: you can cancel any time, but a cancellation takes effect after your first full month. After that, cancelling stops future billing at the end of the month you've paid for. If your receipt has a manage link, cancel online with it. Memberships still billed through Mindbody cancel by calling or texting (206) 222-8856. The Unlimited 2-Week Sauna Membership and 2-Week Protocol Trial are one-time purchases and don't renew. Packages expire 12 months after purchase. Single sessions bought in advance expire 365 days after purchase. HSA/FSA: packages and memberships are prepaid—check whether your plan reimburses prepaid sessions. We prefer to reschedule appointments rather than refund. If Sauna Hut cancels your appointment, you'll get a full refund. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable. Cancelling a membership stops future billing; we don't refund partial months. A 3% surcharge applies to credit cards, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Full terms.
