First-time prices don't apply to combinations.

Massage requires 24-hour notice; infrared sauna, couples sauna and red light therapy require 12-hour notice. Late cancellations are charged the full session price. For a combination, each part follows these rules on its own: a late cancellation or no-show uses up that part's credit.

Packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
