Before You Arrive

We're a self-serve spa with no front desk staff. Infrared sauna and red light therapy private suites are fully self-service—the only person on site is your massage therapist during their scheduled session.

Getting in

A front-door entry code is texted to you before your appointment. If we don't have your phone number on file, add one to your Mindbody profile or contact us so we can send your code.
Arrive a few minutes early
A $25 fee applies if the business door is not locked upon entry or exit.

Before you leave

When you finish in a private infrared sauna or red light suite, leave the suite door open so the next guest knows the room is available.
After your sauna session, reset the suite for the next guest: set the timer back to the maximum (4 hours) and turn the temperature back up to 170°F. Lowering the heat during your session is fine—just restore both settings before you leave.

Swimsuit optional; private eucalyptus or basswood suite (solo or party of 2); towels & water provided (no showers on-site)

Red light

Red light: remove makeup; keep eyes closed; bring your own eyewear for comfort if desired

Payment

HSA and FSA cards accepted at checkout when eligible. Your plan may require a letter of medical necessity—confirm eligibility with your benefits administrator.

Cancellation

Massage: 24-hour cancellation notice required
Infrared sauna & red light therapy: 12-hour cancellation notice required
Appointments not cancelled before the window will be charged the full session price
