Before You Arrive

We're a self-serve spa with no front desk staff. Infrared sauna and red light therapy private suites are fully self-service—the only person on site is your massage therapist during their scheduled session.

Getting in

  • A front-door entry code is texted to you before your appointment. If we don't have your mobile number, contact us so we can send your code.
  • Arrive a few minutes early
  • A $25 fee applies if the business door is not locked upon entry or exit.

Restrooms

  • We do not have showers. Private sauna and red light suites do not have their own bathroom, shower, or in-suite water. There is one shared restroom for the studio (not inside each suite).

Towels & water

  • Towels are set out outside the private sauna and red light suites—grab one before you go in.
  • Filtered water station near the front door with cups and vitamin C packets provided. Fill a cup and bring water into your private suite.
  • Do not bring cups or plastic into the sauna—heat can melt plastic. Signs are posted in each sauna room.

Before you leave

  • When your session ends, clean up and reset the room for the next guest—please don't linger in the suite.
  • When you finish in a private infrared sauna or red light suite, leave the suite door open so the next guest knows the room is available.
  • After your sauna session, reset the suite for the next guest: set the timer back to the maximum (4 hours) and turn the temperature back up to 170°F. Lowering the heat during your session is fine—just restore both settings before you leave.

Red light

  • Red light: remove makeup; eyes closed / own eyewear if desired; leave timer at 20 min; pick a preset; no Manual mode; press Start then get in; pause OK but no mid-session stop

Payment

  • Book and pay online with secure Stripe checkout—we accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don't take cash.
  • A 3% surcharge applies to credit cards, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
  • HSA and FSA cards can be used at checkout for eligible services. A letter of medical necessity from your clinician is required, and your plan or card issuer makes the final call—confirm with your benefits administrator. We provide itemized receipts; we don't issue letters of medical necessity.

Cancellation

  • Massage: 24-hour cancellation notice required
  • Infrared sauna, couples sauna & red light therapy: 12-hour cancellation notice required
  • Appointments not cancelled before the window will be charged the full session price
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically every month on your purchase date at the same price until you cancel. Cancel anytime: use the manage link in your receipt, or if your membership is still billed through Mindbody, call or text (206) 222-8856. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, with no partial refunds. The Unlimited 2-Week Sauna Membership and 2-Week Protocol Trial are one-time purchases and don't renew. Packages expire 12 months after purchase. Single sessions bought in advance expire 365 days after purchase. See Terms
  • We prefer to reschedule appointments rather than refund. If Sauna Hut cancels your appointment, you'll get a full refund. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable. Cancelling a membership stops future billing; we don't refund partial months.
